Yu Language Academy offer a preparation courses for those wanting to take the JLPT and for those enrolled long term. After studying at the school for more than 3 months they also offer a school scholarship system for hard-working students.

Yu Language Academy is located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, which is the capital city of Hokkaido prefecture.
If you like the convenience of city life but prefer more peace and quiet, then Sapporo is your place. The city offers everything you need, but at a more affordable cost and with fewer people than some of Japan's other large cities.
Due to the location, Sapporo enjoys a pleasant climate, with no rainy season and low humidity.

This course includes standard lessons, JLPT preparation, various elective choices and cultural activities throughout the year. This course focuses heavily on verbal communication.
Students will learn basic grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, pronunciation and writing simple conversations for daily use.
As well as more sentence structure, vocabulary, reading, writing and presentation, students will learn how to express their feelings and opinions. They also learn how to research for materials and present it effectively.
In addition to improving their reading, listening, conversation, writing and presentation skills, students learn how to logically express their opinions on social issues.
Other Course Features
JLPT PREP ELECTIVE CLASSES
These JLPT classes will prepare you for levels N2 or N1. They will focus on teaching you techniques to pass the test and will focus on the different sections that you will encounter in the test.
JAPANESE CULTURE CLASS
Learn many different aspects of Japanese culture and life in this class. You’ll probably learn about things that you never knew were particular to Japanese culture.
