Je recommande les yeux fermés cette plateforme.Je suis passée par eux pour effectuer un séjour en école de langue d'un an au Japon. J'étais déjà partie en échange universitaire... au Japon pendant un an, j'ai donc un point de comparaison en termes de procédures.Lors de mon premier départ, tout avait ete compliqué et nous avons du tout faire nous même, c'était une véritable source de stress et j'en garde un assez mauvais souvenir... Cependant grâce a l'équipe go-go Nihon, ce second départ a été d'une grande simplicité !Un remerciement tout particulièrement à la coordinatrice Pauline qui m'a accompagnée et qui a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et efficacité durant ces moins de procédure.De plus, toute la traduction des documents a fournir est prises en charge par la plateforme ce qui est un avantage TRÈS important, vraiment.Je suis maintenant bien installée au Japon, dans un logement que j'ai également trouvé grâce aux partenariats de go-go Nihon.Honnêtement je ne comprends pas bien comment ce service peut être gratuit, mais tant mieux pour nous ahah!Encore un grand remerciement a tous et pour ceux qui hésitent, cette plateforme est vraiment le choix de la simplicité et de la qualité donc vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance !read more

Ojalá pudiera decir que mi experiencia con Go Go Nihon esté siendo positiva como la gran mayoría comenta, pero no es así.Hasta hace un par de semanas todo iba muy bien, pero... desde que la persona que asesoraba y tramitaba mi inscripción se fue de vacaciones no he recibido ni un solo mensaje ni respuesta a mis preguntas. Con esto no me estoy quejando de que alguien se vaya de vacaciones, (que espero que le vayan muy bien y las disfrute) mi queja viene de que alguien más del personal debería haberla sustituido mientras esta no esté disponible en vez de dejarme sin respuesta desde hace dos semanas (en teoría responden con una demora de 2 o 3 días).Por ello mi opción fue recurrir a llamar directamente a las oficinas y el número de teléfono que atendía en español estaba ocupado (estuvo así dos días seguidos), así que contacté con ellos a través del número de habla inglesa y me atendieron muy bien. La chica que cogió el teléfono era muy amable y respondió a todas mis preguntas. ¿Entonces cual es el problema ahora? Pues que me han dado 10 días para entregar toda la documentación y tengo un par de dudas que obviamente no han sido contestadas por chat y he intentado contactar con ellos otra vez vía telefónica y nadie me ha cogido el teléfono, ni el español ni el inglés. Ahora mismo el trámite se cierra en 3 días y no se que hacer ni si realmente tengo más tiempo para ello o si la documentación que he entregado está toda correcta.Ojalá pueda cambiar esta reseña en los próximos días a una positiva, pero de momento no estoy teniendo ninguna confianza ni seguridad con este proceso.read more

Even though my journey of getting to Japan and having my life fully situated is close to over, the team at Go! Go! Nihon still is open and offering support past the application process and have been very vocal about wishing to continue being supportive with any questions or concerns about life in Japan via their various social media platforms.I could not have done all of this on my own. GoGoNihon has been nothing but wonderful from start to finish. This has been about an nine month process from the time I first reached out to getting my Visa, for reference. I was... unsure at first how much assistance they could offer, being a free service and all, but I am absolutely blown away by the amount of detail and helpfulness the staff and site go into. Nihon, je n'ai eu aucun moment de doute ou regret.Aujourd'hui j'entame ma deuxième semaine d'étude en japonais dans une très bonne école avec un logement plus que correct, une assurance/pension japonaise, un forfait téléphone ainsi qu'un compte en banque japonais. Et ça, je leur dois à eux, à leurs blogs, FAQ et partenaires (tels que les agences de logements). Beaucoup de choses que je n'aurais pu réaliser seul, sans leurs précieux conseils.Bref tout ça pour vous dire merci !Merci d'avoir réalisé ce rêve d'il y a 1 an. Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene con la mia responsabile. Quando le ho chiesto informazioni più specifiche sui corsi della scuola che avrei frequentato, mi ha risposto in... maniera vaga e inconcludente. Avrei preferito che mi dicesse che non lo sapeva o che avrebbe chiesto (o che avrei potuto chiedere io direttamente) alla scuola in questione. Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, ho rischiato proprio di non averne uno. Meno di due mesi prima della partenza, avevo proposto alla responsabile una share house che per me sarebbe stata ideale e che si sarebbe liberata in concomitanza con il mio arrivo in Giappone, ma lei più di una volta mi ha risposto con messaggi precompilati dicendo che dovevamo seguire le loro tempistiche. Ho dunque aspettato e intanto la camera in questione è stata prenotata da altri. Quando è stato il momento, ho inviato una prima volta il form alle agenzie, ma sono stato molto specifico per cui non è colpa di nessuno se le opzioni che mi avevano proposto non mi avevano soddisfatto. Sotto consiglio della responsabile, ho provato ad essere più generico con i requisiti dell'alloggio e ho mandato un secondo form, ma nelle due settimane successive non ho ricevuto neanche un'opzione. Dunque ho dovuto prenotare un albergo (per diverse settimane e spendendo non poco) poiché l'unica sharehouse rimasta a 3 settimane dalla partenza e che soddisfava le mie esigenze sarebbe stata libera da fine ottobre. Ora che devo svolgere le pratiche burocratiche per entrare e registrarmi in Giappone non mi sento per nulla incentivato a chiedere assistenza a Go! Go! Nihon, visto che in questi mesi ho avuto un'esperienza decisamente poco soddisfacente.read more
