Can’t stand the heat? JLI Sapporo is the perfect place for you. With milder summers, you’ll be able to live without melting during the summer. Also, you get to experience some of the best snow and ski resorts in all-of-the world. Without a strong regional accent like many other areas of Japan, you’ll be able to learn proper neutral Japanese in a city that many people don’t get a chance to experience.
Medium intensity means the school gives you a perfect balance between study pace and free time. This means that you’ll be able to enjoy your life in Japan, while still being able to effectively progress your studies.
WHY USE GO! GO! NIHON?
We have helped over 7,000 students come to Japan since 2009. Most of our staff have been language students at the exact schools that you are looking at, so we can give you first-hand information on the application process and potential issues.
Our staff are native English speakers, so nothing gets lost in translation. The schools use us to translate cultural and language barriers, so we can make sure your application for the school and visa is perfect.
We are here to tell you all the ins and outs of each school and let you choose which one you think would be the best for you. Your success in Japan is our success.

Sapporo is the 4th largest city in Japan and is famous for the annual Sapporo Snow Festival, which attracts over 2 million tourists from all over the world. The city is also famous for seafood, ramen, and, of course, Sapporo beer! Being one of Japan’s newest cities by Japanese standards it lacks a lot of traditional architecture like Kyoto; however, it more than makes up for it with a ton of things that you can only find in Sapporo! Hokkaido’s untamed wilderness and national parks make up the majority of Japan’s largest prefecture. Due to its Northern location, you can escape Japan’s dreaded muggy summers and rainy season and enjoy a long winter ski season. If you enjoy a modern city in the middle of beautiful untouched nature, Hokkaido’s the place to be.
This course includes standard lessons, JLPT and EJU preparation, and cultural activities throughout the year.
