Pick-up reservation

Due to a recent industry-wide price increase in Osaka, we are no longer accepting reservations for Osaka until further notice.

1. The pick-up time will typically be adjusted to the passenger's arrival time plus 2 hours or according to the passenger's request. However, please ensure you confirm this with the pick-up company.
2. If there is a delay of more than 60 mins from the time that the passenger has requested without prior notice, there will be an extra charge of 3,000 JPY/30 minutes. If you become aware of a potential delay before boarding your flight, please notify the pick-up company promptly. If advance notice is not possible (e.g., if you are already on the plane and lack Wi-Fi access), please contact the pick-up company as soon as you arrive at your destination.
