Term breakdown

TERM 1 - 3
Beginner - 6 months

This program is suitable for students with no prior knowledge of Japanese. You will learn basic Japanese, both grammar and conversation, along with hiragana, katakana, and kanji. You’ll master about 400-500 vocabulary words by the end of this level.

TERM 1 - 2
Pre-Intermediate - 6 months

Casual communication is the main focus of this level. Writing coherent sentences will be practiced.

TERM 1 - 3
Intermediate - 9 months

Situational communication is practiced, for example, scenes usually encountered on the street. More social topics, grammar strengthening, and vocabulary will be practiced. Focus will be on creating whole paragraphs.

TERM 1 - 2
Advanced-Intermediate - 6 months

Gain the ability to debate and clearly show your opinions in a natural manner. Gain a higher-level knowledge on a variety of different topics that are relevant to life in Japan.
