2020年には、語学を学びたい方に向け、大手日本語学校との提携や弊社独自で企画・開発した、オンラインコースの提供を開始しました。このサービスは「弊社の認知度をアップすると共に、世界中の人々へ言語学習を提供する」という弊社のミッションの重要な部分を担っています。

こちらのポジションでは主に、私たちの日本語学習オンラインコース事業の主任講師として、コースのポートフォリオ管理、新規コースの開設、既存コースの管理、改善、学習者コミュニティの管理や改善等をしていただく予定です。

ビジネスにおける日本語関連業務の中心的な役割も担っていただきます。

翻訳や校正をはじめとする幅広い日本語対応が求められます。

プロジェクトマネジメント能力やステークホルダーとの調整・連携力に加え、実践的な日本語教育の経験をお持ちのオールラウンダーの方を求めています。

【主な業務内容】

• オンライン日本語教材の作成、また必要に応じてオンラインおよび対面での指導
• オンライン学習をサポートするための独自の言語学習教材等の作成
• Go! Go! Nihonの受講生や 提携先からの意見を分析し、学生の満足度、プログラム運営、コース開発、学習者勧誘等に関わる業務の改善
• 独自に、または提携先と協力して、利益率、満足度の高い新規オンラインコースの作成
• ビジネスにおける日本語文章の校正、翻訳業務のサポート
• 言語スペシャリストとしてオンラインマーケティングコンテンツ、セミナー、イベント等に従事

【必要な経験・知識・技能等】

• ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
• 第二言語としての日本語の指導経験（最低1年から2年程度）
• 日本語学習のための教材制作の経験
• 日本語文章の構成・添削経験等

• オンラインコース業界の知識
• 複数のプロジェクトにわたる企画管理経験
• オンラインコミュニティ管理、運営経験
• ソーシャルメディアへの関心と利用経験があれば尚歓迎

【待遇】

勤務地：株式会社GoGo World本社 　東京都新宿区東京都新宿区百人町2-17-11

（JR山手線  新大久保駅、 JR中央・総武線　大久保駅　 両駅より徒歩4分の好立地）

雇用形態：契約社員（試用期間3ヶ月、同条件）

勤務時間：週5日勤務（9:00-18:00 – 休憩時間1時間含む）

※フレックスタイム制度あり。残業はほとんど無し。

※在宅勤務制度あり（大半リモートワークでも可)

給与：月給：26～27万円  ※経験・スキルを考慮の上決定。

昇給：会社の業績、個人の実績により昇給　年1回

We are looking for a full-time In-house Japanese teacher to join our team.  

Go! Go! World helps students from all over the world who want to live and study in Japan, Korea, Spain, France, and Italy. We provide free support for finding the perfect school for each student and help them apply for their student visa. We also help in finding accommodation and get up-to-date immigration advice. We offer our service in 10 languages and have helped over 16,000 people from more than 90 countries achieve their dream of living & studying abroad.

In 2020 we launched Online Courses for those who need language lessons including courses created with our partner schools as well as our own uniquely created courses. Our courses form an important part of the Go! Go! World mission, enabling us to widen our reach and teach languages to a global audience. The key purpose of the role is to act as the lead teacher for our business. Your main responsibilities will be to manage our online course portfolio, act as the community lead teacher, deliver new courses as well as add improvements to existing courses. 

You will also act as the main point for Japanese language needs for the business from translations to proofreading and more.  You need an all-rounder with excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement skills as well as hands-on teaching experience.

Main duties:

• Creating online Japanese lessons and teaching online and in-person as needed
• Creating bespoke language learning materials to support online learning
• Monitoring Go! Go! Nihon student and partner feedback to proactively manage opportunities to improve the student experience, program delivery, course development, and student recruitment.
• Managing the creation of new online courses, either independently or working with partners to ensure the effective delivery of commercially successful courses with an excellent student experience
• Monitoring online course affiliates’ partnerships
• Proofreading Japanese/acting as translation support for the marketing business
• Appearing in online marketing content, webinars, or events as our Language Specialist

Required Skills:

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English 
• Experience in teaching or creating learning materials for Japanese as a second language
• You must have at least 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Experience in proofreading and correcting Japanese to English and vice versa

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledgeable online course teaching
• Experience in project management across multiple projects
• Community management or engagement experience
• Interest and experience using social media is a plus
