Go! Go! World Social Media Manager & Marketing Support – Hybrid Role

We are accepting applications for a hybrid position working across two businesses within the Go! Go! World portfolio.

Go! Go! World helps students from all over the world who want to live and study in Japan, Korea, Spain, France, and Italy. We provide free support for finding the perfect school for each student and help them apply for their student visa. We also help in finding accommodation and get up-to-date immigration advice. We offer our service in 10 languages and have helped over 20,000 people from more than 90 countries achieve their dream of living & studying abroad. 

This hybrid role combines hands-on social media management with broader marketing support. The focus is split between owning and operating Go! Go! España’s social media presence and providing flexible marketing support to the Go! Go! Nihon team across campaigns, projects, and events.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who is confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable working independently, and able to collaborate across teams. You will be expected to take ownership of your channels and projects while contributing to wider marketing initiatives when required.

Go! Go! España, Social Media Management – 20hs/week

You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of Go! Go! Espana’s official social media channels.

This includes:

  • Managing Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a structured social media content calendar
  • Planning, creating, producing, and posting short-form and long-form content
  • Monitoring trends and adapting content formats to maximise reach and engagement
  • Analysing performance and reporting on growth, engagement, and traffic
  • Planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns
  • Analysing campaign performance and applying learnings to future activity

You will also work closely with other social media teams across the Go! Go! World group to share insights and support collaboration content where relevant.

Go! Go! Nihon, Marketing Support  – 20hs/week

You will provide hands-on marketing support across a range of Go! Go! Nihon initiatives. The scope of this work will vary depending on business priorities, but will require strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.

This includes:

  • Working closely with internal teams to execute campaigns, following direction while proactively identifying areas where support is needed
  • Providing flexible marketing support across the team, from hands-on execution to coordination and follow-up
  • Project management of marketing campaigns and event-related initiatives, from planning through to delivery
  • Coordinating and supporting events, webinars, and convention activities, including hosting or on-camera participation where required
  • Creating promotional and supporting content for campaigns, events, and ongoing marketing activity

This role requires someone who is comfortable moving between creative, operational, and organisational tasks, and who can adapt quickly as priorities change.


Required Skills

  • Native level of English
  • Business level of Spanish
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing SNS channels
  • Proven experience creating high-performing social media content, from concept development to production and publishing
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience working across multiple brands or teams
  • Experience of using content creation software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva and CapCut
