We are looking for a full-time Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Go! Go! Nihon team.  

Go! Go! Nihon helps students worldwide who want to live and study in Japan. Whether people are looking to study for two weeks or two years we provide free support for finding the perfect school for them. We offer student visa application support, help find accommodation, and offer other services to get settled in Japan as well as always give the latest immigration advice.  We offer online courses for those who need language lessons before their trip. We offer our service in 7 languages and have helped over 11000 people from more than 90 countries achieve their dream of living & studying abroad.

We are seeking a results-driven and versatile Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategies, with a focus on driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Main duties:

• Work closely with the Head of Global Marketing to co-create and refine a comprehensive growth strategy for Go! Go! Nihon to reach business objectives.
• Take ownership of the marketing calendar, ensuring it aligns with the business growth goal and encompasses all campaigns and activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Manage and lead the Go! Go! Nihon marketing team, providing clear direction and support to achieve set goals.
• Establish KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Global Marketing and monitor campaign performance against these metrics.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise the impact of marketing activities.
• Occasionally support the Head of Global Marketing with other Go! Go! World brands

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of working in a senior marketing role at a consumer-facing business, lead-generation focus a bonus
• Native/fluent English speaker
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and activities, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in project management across multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills, experience with GA4 reporting a bonus
• Knowledgeable about lead generation marketing and keeping up to date with the latest developments
