Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene con la mia responsabile. Quando le ho chiesto informazioni più specifiche sui corsi della scuola che avrei frequentato, mi ha risposto in... maniera vaga e inconcludente. Avrei preferito che mi dicesse che non lo sapeva o che avrebbe chiesto (o che avrei potuto chiedere io direttamente) alla scuola in questione. Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, ho rischiato proprio di non averne uno. Meno di due mesi prima della partenza, avevo proposto alla responsabile una share house che per me sarebbe stata ideale e che si sarebbe liberata in concomitanza con il mio arrivo in Giappone, ma lei più di una volta mi ha risposto con messaggi precompilati dicendo che dovevamo seguire le loro tempistiche. Ho dunque aspettato e intanto la camera in questione è stata prenotata da altri. Quando è stato il momento, ho inviato una prima volta il form alle agenzie, ma sono stato molto specifico per cui non è colpa di nessuno se le opzioni che mi avevano proposto non mi avevano soddisfatto. Sotto consiglio della responsabile, ho provato ad essere più generico con i requisiti dell'alloggio e ho mandato un secondo form, ma nelle due settimane successive non ho ricevuto neanche un'opzione. Dunque ho dovuto prenotare un albergo (per diverse settimane e spendendo non poco) poiché l'unica sharehouse rimasta a 3 settimane dalla partenza e che soddisfava le mie esigenze sarebbe stata libera da fine ottobre. Ora che devo svolgere le pratiche burocratiche per entrare e registrarmi in Giappone non mi sento per nulla incentivato a chiedere assistenza a Go! Go! Very disappointing after a great experience with Gogo hanguk. They ask which language you want to be contacted in, I asked for English, got French instead. After explaining a... couple of times that I was a mature student so long past the age for a guarantor and that I had already found info on other websites that students can be their own guarantor GGN advisor kept insisting on the guarantor. Also because I have lived abroad all my life I do not have the paperwork required of French citizens, which again the person could not wrap their head around. Oh and they are using a messaging system that times you out if you take too long to write the message and you get to start over, you’ve been warned! 🤣 but in all seriousness, Gogo Hanguk was so helpful in understanding and helping my particular situation and actually getting me to Korea, what a let down gogo Ninon was.leggi di più

I think what makes the difference in achieving your goals is also determined by the people one meets along one’s path.In the past I tried all it was in my power to come to Japan... and to be honest I was at the end of my tether. I contacted YouTubers, private businesses and even the a chamber of commerce but was always turned down or, even wrost, ignored.One day while browsing I found this agency called GoGoNihon. An agency that helps find language school and have a start with life in Japan.Initially, I was very apprehensive as I felt not completely safe to relay personal information to a third party so I inundated with questions a girl from the Italian team, called Silvia, my very first contact, who kindly put up with my misgivings and answered all my enquiries over a period of three months. Then, moving unto the proper process of registration, I was allocated to another person called Veronica, who diligently followed all the steps of my application exchanging regularly a good deal of emailing. In the final phase of my application, also Mara came along to give some basic presentation about the life in Japan, which helped me a lot to organise myself for the departure. Yes, now, I am in Tokyo, I have some basic understanding of the language and the impossible became possible. I contacted Gogonihon, but the application was very bureaucratic. Even though I managed to gather all the documents, be my own guarantor and needed to prove my income tax of... R$70,000, the school didn't want to send my application. When I asked why, one of the employees said he couldn't because he had never worked. How come I never worked? Go Go Nihon has been a great resource and point of contact with all things related to applying to language school in Japan and navigating all the requirements as well as their... connections with different lodging accommodations. Kristina, the person who helped me, was always very thorough and detailed in her responses and always available to answer any questions.The application process was fairly smooth and without incidents, albeit long. We applied mid-January for October term and didn't get any response from the GoGo Nihon until mid-April, so be patient as well. What I found helpful is that they review the application before sending it off to your school choice. Our school accepted us right away (late May), so our application was complete and detailed.Go Go Nihon recommends schools based on your goals in Japan and ultimately we chose a different school based on our own research. So I do encourage to start with their recommendations and then do your own research.Overall great experience and most importantly so happy that we got our school approval and student visa set.leggi di più

L’ufficio è aperto dalle 10 am alle 6 pm, dal lunedì dal venerdì, escluse le festività nazionali giapponesi.

Il nostro ufficio si trova in Giappone; siamo attivi tra le 10:00 e le 13:00 & 14:00 e le 18:00 (fuso orario giapponese) e raggiungibili in questo orario al numero +81 50 5357 5356.

Rispondiamo ai messaggi di solito nell’arco di 1-3 giorni lavorativi. Se ci hai scritto e non hai ancora ricevuto una risposta, per favore controlla le cartelle “Spam” e “Promozioni” della tua casella di posta.
