Parlare al telefono in una lingua straniera può essere davvero stressante, specialmente se non ti senti particolarmente a tuo agio in quella lingua. Ma non temere, siamo qui per aiutarti! Le basi di prendere un appuntamento in giapponese
La parola giapponese per dire “appuntamento” o “prenotazione” è yoyaku, 予約 mentre “prendere un appuntamento/fare una prenotazione” è yoyaku o suru, 予約をする.
Quando chiami per prenotare, ad esempio, un tavolo in un ristorante, la prima frase da dire è:
Yoyaku o onegai shitaindesu ga.
予約をお願いしたいんですが。
Vorrei prenotare/fare una prenotazione.
La forma “-ndesu ga” è usata per fare una richiesta in maniera gentile.
Si può anche dire:
Yoyaku shitaindesu ga. 予約したいんですが。
Oppure:
Yoyaku onegaishimasu. 予約お願いします。
Tuttavia, ti suggeriamo di usare la prima frase, in modo da suonare il più cortese possibile.
Prendere appuntamento in giapponese dal dentista
Ti facciamo ora un esempio di come prendere un appuntamento dal dentista. Quando prendi un appuntamento, ricorda di ascoltare attentamente quello che ti sta dicendo l’altra persona, in modo da rispondere in maniera corretta. Inoltre, possono utilizzare diversi registri linguistici, quindi presta attenzione alle parole che usano e che, di conseguenza, dovrai utilizzare anche tu.
“Hai, goyoyaku no kakunin o itashimasu. Kinyōbi no rokuji han kara Anna-sama de yonin-sama desu.” はい、ご予約の確認をいたします。金曜日の6時半からアンナ様です。 Perfetto. Ripeto l’appuntamento. Venerdì alle 6:30, per Anna.
Tu:
“Hai, yoroshiku onegaishimasu.” はい、よろしくお願いします。 Sì, esatto. Grazie mille.
Staff del dentista:
“Omachi shite orimasu. Arigatōgozaimasu.” お待ちしております。ありがとうございます。 Grazie a Lei. La aspettiamo.
Nel caso in cui dal dentista non riescano a soddisfare la tua richiesta per quel giorno o per quell’orario, ecco come potrebbe andare la conversazione:
Staff del dentista:
“Sumimasen, kinyōbi wa yoyaku ga ippai desu. Hoka no hi wa ikaga desuka? すみません、金曜日は予約がいっぱいです。他の日はいかがですか? Ci dispiace, per venerdì è tutto prenotato. Le andrebbe bene un altro giorno?
Tu:
“Sōdesuka, ja, nichiyōbi wa dō desuka? そうですか、じゃ、日曜日はどうですか? Ah davvero? Per domenica invece?
Staff del dentista:
“Hai, kekkō desu.” はい、結構です。 Sì, va bene.
Nel caso in cui, invece, tu non capisca quello che ti stanno dicendo, puoi chiedere di ripetere:
“Sumimasen, mō ichido itte moraemasenka?” すみません、もう一度言ってもらえませんか? Mi scusi, può ripetere per favore?

Se vuoi prendere appuntamento dal parrucchiere con una persona specifica dello staff, puoi dire:
“Tanaka-san de onegaishimasu.” 田中さんでお願いします。 Vorrei Tanaka, per favore.
O se sei al salone e vuoi già prenotare per la volta successiva sempre con un determinato parrucchiere, puoi dire:
“Tsugi mo Tanakasan de onegaishimasu.” 次も田中さんでお願いします。 Vorrei Tanaka anche la prossima volta.
