Graphic Designer (Part-time)

We’re looking to hire a part-time in-house Graphic Designer. You will be in charge of Go! Go! World graphics requirements for all businesses for a variety of needs, such as infographics, SNS assets, blog graphics managing corporate identity (e.g. ensuring consistency of our visual ‘brand’) and other projects as required.


You will work with the Head of Marketing, country managers and other marketing team members to develop creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the design objectives and then work through to a final piece.  You will be responsible for coming up with creative ideas to promote our businesses, delivering graphics based on briefs and also dealing with, and altering designs to manage localisations/translations. SNS drives a huge amount of traffic and awareness for our business so much of your time will be working on creating content for our various social channels.

The role demands both creative flair and an ability to keep brand consistently, understanding of translations and localisations, being able to use industry software, while having a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Job duties

  • Creatively produce new designs and contribute ideas for new designs to promote the business
  • Work on projects independently, from origination, proofreading and fact-checking to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Working as part of a team (and on occasions leading a team) to deliver design/graphic/animation elements on time and to the brief
  • Coordinating with country managers and market leaders/translators to provide design localisations
  • Ensuring designs created externally or by other team members are consistent with the brand guidelines
  • Additional responsibilities as the role requires


  • Business level of English
  • 3 years digital graphic design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the full Adobe suite and canva

Preferred skills/experience

  • Business level Japanese and/or Korean
  • Animation or digital effect experience
  • Content creation for social media and/or management
  • Experience in managing translations and localisations
  • Experience in communication, web or print design
