You will be in charge of Go! Go! World graphics requirements for all businesses for a variety of needs, such as illustration, infographics, SNS assets, blog graphics, managing corporate identity (e.g., ensuring consistency of our visual &#8218;brand&#8216;), and other projects as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will work with the Head of Marketing, country managers, and other marketing team members to develop creative ideas and concepts, selecting the appropriate media and style to meet the design objectives, and then refining them into a final piece.&nbsp; You will be responsible for generating creative ideas to promote our business, delivering graphics based on briefs, and adjusting designs to accommodate localisations\/translations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The role demands both creativity and a strong brand consistently, understanding of translations and localisations, being able to use industry software, while having a professional approach to managing your time to hit deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creatively produce new designs and contribute ideas for new designs to promote the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on projects independently, from origination, proofreading, and fact-checking to produce accurate and high-quality work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working as part of a team (and on occasions leading a team) to deliver design\/graphic\/animation elements on time and to the brief<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating with country managers and market leaders\/translators to provide design localisations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring designs created externally or by other team members are consistent with the brand guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional responsibilities as the role requires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Required Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business level of English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 years graphic design experience\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong working knowledge of the full Adobe suite and Canva\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desirable skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of Japanese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animation or digital effect experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content creation for social media and\/or management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing translations and localisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in communication, web or print design\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What\u2019s in it for me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salary 270,000-295,000 yen\/month based on experience&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tokyo-based\/Remote work available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transport covered up to 30,000 yen a month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefits (PTO, paid vacation, social insurance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that we will contact you only if we would like to interview you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-219984","careers","type-careers","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gogonihon.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers\/219984","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gogonihon.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gogonihon.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/careers"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gogonihon.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=219984"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
